This is Mkhai
He's a Pharaoh hound. :3 Info: Name: Mkhai Hai (mi-ky) i sounds like the i in IT (hAi) Species: Pharaoh hound (Possibly Half Jackal) Age: 19 Rank: Prince (in exile) Status: M.I.A Origin: Egypt Family: Osiris (Father) Deceased, Mother (Unknown) Halima (Sister) Deceased Companion: Heru (Falcon) Story: Back in Egypt's Prime, the dogs ruled the desert. They lead a great nation and was at is highest point. Until the cats were introduced to Egypt. The felines over took the throne and killed off all the dogs and most canine species. Mkhai's father Osiris, was the Pharaoh at the time. The cats killed Mkhai's father and his elder sister. He escaped the massacre with a scar hidden under his scarf. He fled his childhood City and ran out to the heat of the desert. Mkhai's childhood companion, Heru, remained with the banished Canine. To Mkhai's amazement, some of the dogs had escaped the cats brutal attacks and roamed the vast deserts. Mkhai plans to gather dogs from around Egypt and take back the throne that is rightfully his. Personality: Mkhai is EXTREMELY smart. He surpassed many scholars and spent his childhood in his fathers library reading scrolls and texts about his past and the past of Egypt. He knew more about the desert then anyone. He is compassionate and loving, but keeps his distance from people. He is somewhat impatient; always wanting his plans to work perfectly. He blames himself for many things that he had no control over. Often sarcastic as well. FUN FACTS: He doesnt know who his mother is or if shes still alive. D: He wears that scarf around his neck to hide his scar, but also wears it over his snout in hot weather or in sand storms. He LOVES fruit. Any kind. Its very strange for a dog to like fruit. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
